Fancy living somewhere with a view? Well it just so happens that you're in luck. We've put together a list of luxury Build-to-Rent homes with some seriously good rooftop views. So grab the deckchair, get a drink in your hand, and read on to discover where you can live with sweeping views of skylines that capture the imagination.

Ten Degrees

Over in Croydon is where you will find Ten Degrees, a 44-storey Build-to-Rent space with impressive views over the capital. Brought to you by Build-to-Rent specialists Greystar, Ten Degrees has stylish pet-friendly apartments with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking London.

But it gets even better in the Sky Lounge, where you can relax and unwind in contemporary settings while soaking up views of London's iconic skyline. There's also a garden terrace, just in case you want to see everything out in the open.

Fizzy Lewisham

We're staying in southeast London for our next Build-to-Rent space and taking a trip to Fizzy Lewisham. This community offers a rooftop garden on the 15th floor with some rather lovely views over the Big Smoke.

Escape the hustle and bustle and unwind outside while enjoying direct views over nearby neighbourhoods like GreenwichBlackheathCanary Wharf and beyond. The apartments also feature some pretty impressive sights of London.

Upper Riverside

Canary Wharf and Greenwich are two completely contrasting areas with some pretty spectacular views. In Canary Wharf, you'll see iconic skyscrapers and a mini-metropolis, while Greenwich offers peaceful, green surroundings.

If you happen to live at Upper Riverside, you can enjoy both viewpoints set to the backdrop of the River Thames. The roof terrace has magnificent views over the river, where you can see the entire surrounding area, including Greenwich and Canary Wharf.

Vertus 10 George

10 George Street from Vertus stands an impressive 37-storeys high and has excellent views over Canary Wharf. On top of that, it features five-star social spaces, such as a self-service bar, residents' lounge overlooking the area, and a games room.

You can also head to the terrace to take in those views outside, though you might find it hard to leave the comforts of the lounge. Look over London while you sink into a sofa with a drink and laze the day away.

Grainger Millet Place

Another Build-to-Rent beauty located along the River Thames, Millet Place from Grainger has everything you need to enjoy luxury London living – including some seriously impressive views of the capital.

The roof terrace features a nice little space where you can relax while looking over the River Thames and the Thames Barrier Park. Catch some rays during the warmer months or enjoy London at its prettiest in the autumn.

Greystar Bradstowe House

Bradstowe House provides the perfect starting point to discover the best of this Greater London neighbourhood and beyond, and it also offers captivating views of the local skyline from the penthouse terrace.

Head up high and enjoy a stylish area with deck chairs, tables and great views. There's also 11 hectares of green space right on your doorstep at Bradstowe House, so you can enjoy the sights from the penthouse before going for a stroll in the local area of Harrow-on-the-Hill.

Quintain Living Ferrum

Quintain Living have a collection of excellent Build-to-Rent homes in Wembley Park, with many of the buildings featuring stylish rooftop areas. The Ferrum space has just that with its residents' garden that looks over the iconic Wembley Stadium.

There's also a BBQ area where you can cook up a storm and a garden space to relax in. Once you've finished soaking up the views of Wembley and beyond, why not head into the area and visit Boxpark for a night of entertainment and great food?

Essential Living Union Wharf

Essential Living's communities are all about the views, something that's reflected at Union Wharf. Take in the River Thames and Greenwich's local history with lovely sights over the area while hanging out at the roof terrace and getting to know your neighbours.

There's also a BBQ on the roof terrace and a seating area, making it the ideal place to spend a few hours when the sun's out. You could even get some work done while taking in the local sights. And don't forget to get your camera out and snap away at the views of London's iconic skyline at Union Wharf.

A rooftop with a view

Whether you call London or Manchester home, you'll find a plush Build-to-Rent community with great views over the city. All you need to do is enjoy the scenery on offer while living in a stylish home designed just for renters.
